To people who ask "Is there any point in trying to change the world? You can't force people to change, we're just commoners"; Less than a hundred years ago, multiple countries were enslaved by bigger nations, and fought for independence. Forty years ago, women did not have rights to financial independence or housing and fought for it. We are their children. We can speak out about this. Silence gives these people power. Don't turn your head to the corner and die quietly, talk and educate each other about it. Maybe not us, but someone around us can learn, and start the change. That's all we need to do. Start talking.

Takahiro would say some of your statements are vastly incorrect. -There are multiple countries enslaved by bigger nations right now. -Women had the right to financial independence and housing since the 1700s. Some of the largest cattle drives in Texas were women-owned farms inherited from their parents. What you're thinking of (I'm assuming) is the acts in the 1960s-1970s that made it illegal to deny loans based on discriminatory factors. Even then, that was the federal laws, not the states. States had laws protecting such as far back as the 1800s. (An example being New York which was 1848)

I can understand why they turned to pop since Taka has a voice that can sing almost anything and it could have attracted new fans in the pop genre but sadly old time fans always wanted heavy guitars. Maybe add in some screams too if Taka can still do them without frying his vocal chords and we have the old One Ok Rock back.

Popish sound songs they have are hit and miss. Its makes the album in the meh side. They need to balance it. The 2015 album have some of those good stuff but i think they could surpass that. I also like when they have japanese lines.

KINGDOM!! 行きました観ました泣きました😭やっぱり凄かった Delusion:All 😆 曲の迫力と壮大さ、そして「I pray there's future behind those walls」「We are the kingdom」「Everything's fair in love and war」の言葉が映画とリンクして再度ぐっと来ました。KINGDOMでは、命の大切さや絆も描かれていますが、映画が描いている頃は、一度戦になれば多くの人が犠牲になる。ある意味命の重さが軽く見えてしまう時代でもあります。近代になって改善されたかと言えば、全くそうではないし、残念ながら今でも。改めてこのMVが投げかけているメッセージについて、じっくり考えたいと思いました🥺 ああ、また王騎将軍に会いに行きたい!!😭

映画ではなく現実の世界情勢や日本の政治等のおかしさを訴えているとも思える歌詞。 そして、そんな世界の不条理さに対する悲痛な叫びにも聴こえるtakaの歌声。 「日本は平和で良い国だ」という妄想から抜け出し、現実を見て我々一人一人が意志を持って世界を変えていくために行動する時が来たのかもしれない。

この曲の伝えようとしてることも、Takaがインスタライブで話してくれたことも、 今までずっとONE OK ROCKが訴え続けてきたことも、 全て同じで全くブレていない。 ルールを黙って守るのも、人に優しくして見せるのも大事だけど、一番大事なのは受け止める側が思考停止になってはいけないということ。 水面上で見えていることだけじゃなく、水の下で何が起こっているか、誰かが必死で動いてなんとかしようとしてくれていることを、ちゃんと一人一人が知ろうとする、考ることが大事だって、私たち、特に日本人に訴えかけてくれている。 波打ち際で優雅に泳ぐだけじゃなく、大海がどうなっているかを知ろうとしなければいけないと思う。 それさえすれば、誰がどうとか、くだらない言い合いは意味がないと分かる。

実写版の映画でここまで原作に忠実で、役柄それぞれが原作以上の雰囲気と重圧感、それと緊張感を見事に作り出していた。今まで数多の種類の実写を見てきたけど、ここまで楽曲とマッチしてて満足感あって余韻の凄い映画は今回の大将軍の帰還がダントツだと思った。

ONE OK ROCK has all my respect for all their political commentary in their songs. This is such a great continuation from Renegades & honestly their songs as such capture the theme of the century so well. They are providing the soundtrack of this century. I can’t wait to see them in October again, seen them live so many times and will always keep going ♥️🤘🏼♥️

I knew from the moment I found One OK Rock that they spoke for a generation. For my generation. "We Are", "Renegades" and now "Delusional". They continue to prove why their music is the best out there and they do not hold back their feelings. I also feel like I'm delusional these days, that no one in power or older than my generation and Gen Z seems to care about what's going on in the world.

I can see how you feel that way, but know this, I'm of the baby boomer generation and I care deeply about all of these issues as well. I'm not the only one either. We have to find a way, maybe through OOR, to join together our generations and not assume one or the other is the only correct one.
