I’ll entertain your sarcasm. The mustache question was in fact, true journalism but you are too slow or not observant enough to understand 😂😂😂 so I will break down just this one question to illustrate how good of a job Bob did. Arthur Smith, when you see videos of him as head coach for the Falcons, he had a mustache. If you look at videos of him as OC in Tennessee, he did not have a mustache. The significance of the question, implies that Arthur Smith shaving his mustache means we are not getting the ATL head coach version, that he is going back to the TN OC version. Implied but not said by anyone. And Arthur Smith has not been made available for press, so he wanted to ask Art 😂😂 Art’s answer suggests that either he is completely unaware of it lol, or he may be aware of it but will not acknowledge it, basically saying the act of shaving your mustache off, WILL NOT, suddenly make you a successful OC here 😂😂. It’s sad you failed to see the fantastic journalism done here and if you don’t know or have never seen an ARII interview, you must not know he says A LOT. You gotta pay attention when the boss talks. #HEREWEGO

Having a strong running game is because you have a strong passing game - trust your eyes to what you saw the last 4 games. Once Mason came in, it all came together. Suddenly Pickens & Johnson were major weapons. Most importantly, we had consistency for the first time in years.

It was coming together after they fired Canada and moved Jones to RT. KP threw over 270 yards .. had the WRs mess up 2 TDs .. the next game 7-10 about to score .. then got hurt.

@@johnskirtich5676 "about to score" No. The Steelers were almost last in redzone/goal to go scoring, during and after Canada was gone until Rudolph. Pickett got hurt *failing to score* on 3d and goal at the 3 yd line. They failed to score, not 'about to score'. Did they kick a FG? No. *Another* run stuffed on goal to go, turn over on downs. Canada was a Rooney promotion to reinstall what we just heard him say, Ball Control and Run The Ball (passing only as an extension of the run), and is the reason they were terrible. Pickett did far better post Canada because Mike Sullivan used the pass to open up the run, and Muth was a major weapon. Then we went back to Ball Control and Run Game in the playoffs.

This is not a knock on Kenny, but there was something different when Mason played. The game that impressed me the most was the Seattle game. They scored points and won in a place that has been a bad omen for the Steelers.

Mr. Rooney Kenny is NOT what you have been told, his 2 years of tape shows #1 can’t stay healthy #2 can’t read defenses, misses too many open receivers, too many check downs #3 can’t/ won’t throw the ball deep to stretch the field #4 Mason as a#3qb pushed the ball down field, looked good

A strong running game without a strong passer for a quarterback is a win-win for the defense. With Kenny, teams will continue to put eight in the box and dare him to throw deep. One or two lucky strikes per 12-games is not going to improve our team or our season.

What I can't understand is how we are still talking about getting a number "1" draft pick help to be better going on his third year in the league!?!? This guy should have been pro ready as the number "1" pick. We made the right decision in 2018 when we selected Mason amongst a GREAT quarterback class, but I didn't see anyone providing this type of support for Mason. If Kenny is our guy, he hasn't shown it to us objective fans. It's sad to see that the ownership has bought into the Kenny sob stories. "4th quarter comebacks???" Against teams we should have NEVER fallen behind to in the first place. ONE thing about the last three regular season games was Mason got us the lead against some great teams and we NEVER trailed in those games...hmmm never put yourself in a position to need to comeback...I like that strategy better. I guess if the Patriots would've used the Steelers quarterback views, we would've never known Tom Brady to be the G.O.A.T. and therefore NO tuck rule! Lol. My team has officially become the joke of the league.

@@gregd6706 You don't think Dobbs is legit, so WHO gets to decide WHO's legit? You? Who's to say Arthur Smith is legit? You? My son had horrible coaches in HS, but in didn't prevent him from being conference offensive player of the year. The OC's change, coaches change - but the position doesn't. If you are a QB and the OC calls a pass play, it is your job to locate the open guy and deliver a catchable ball. IF it's a run play, it is the QB's job to put the ball on the RBs numbers between his hands. Unless you are asking a QB to run the football, play calling has NOTHING to do with your abilities! As a quarterback you are usually either throwing the ball or handing it off. It's that simple. Kenny lack simple ABILITIES! IT WAS NOT MATT CANADA! Kenny was a #1 draft pick to the NFL NOT the YMCA. He shouldn't need to blame a coordinator...no one is allowing Mason to blame anyone in 2019!!!

Neither Kenny or Mason are the answer. Wilson could immediately put is in contention, but this team would never make a move like that. It's a game of doing just enough to keep the fools in the seats and buying the merch. "The Standard" is mediocrity. And the sad thing is we have a great D with Watt, Heyward Minkah, etc. They are never going to sniff an AFCCG forget bout a Super Bowl.

@@Weakmencreatetoughtimes He was Chicago’s whole offense, he was only offensive weapon they had therefore at times he tried to do too much to get a win or he would play “hero” ball. Give him some players that can make plays and I bet those turnover numbers decrease. Either way it goes he’s still better than Kenny or Mason could dream of being. Neither one of them is the answer I hope you aren’t one of those guys advocating for Mason or Kenny because then you wouldn’t be much of a football watcher either.

Funny how Rooney cares for the fans feelings, and the HC calls it noise. When the hell was the last time they controlled their own destiny to make the playoffs. The '23 season ended just like it started, getting out coached by better teams. And I ain't ready to throw an almost two year QB under the bus. It looks as though KP has to learn on the fly, and the only thing he's intent on is not throwing it's. Who likes to hear some wide receiver telling people he AIN'T gonna hurt himself on a particular play. This shit adds up to not being able to make the playoffs, and if you do slop in, you will show the planet that you have no business being there. And Mason only made about a Million dollars in 2023 where kenny pulled 14 mil I think. Funny how Managers who make bad decisions don't own up to it but frequently will Doubble down on the Bad Costly Decision\Choice and try to justify it. Mason will walk away for better money and then we are stuck with Kenny. God help the Steelers in 2024.

Kenny one read Pickett is atrocious!! Kenny one read Pickett doesn’t even see open and wide open receivers!! The play where he runs to a 4 week injury, Calvin Austin was wide open his entire route and was in the end zone jumping up and down!! Kenny one read didn’t even see him!! Kenny one read Pickett did the exact same in Houston! Heyward wide open in the end zone!! Steelers are a very good team but all we need is a competent QB!! Defenses blitz all day because they know Kenny one read Pickett can’t throw deep or use middle of field!! That’s why when Mason Rudolph started our running backs all of a sudden we’re getting yards!! Mason Rudolph throws deep and on time!! Rudolph actually sees our open receivers!! And throws the ball on time to them!! Mason Rudolph is way better!!
