Proud to be his classmate. We started school together at the boundary road Methodist primary and this guy was as humble then as he is now. Humility has brought him this far. I’m surprised though that he didn’t play for the Agents because he lived right there in the 007 territory during the sekondi colts era. I was with the anaafo Antiques, a low level colts team. The Halifax and the islanders were big as well. Good story John.

This are the guys who're proud of their language. John Bannerman is fantse and speaking his language,and Kweku Yeboah as also Fantse is interviewing him in twi,and he's from Agona Swedru. Be proud of your dialect no matter where you are,never let another language to dominate your language,else you'll lose your language.

This is a humble football legend and businessman! I am not surprised the host did not know him as a GA! I can relate to him because he is from the same quarters of Gamashi as my maternal family. He made a lot of contributions to Kotoko & Eleven Wise. Not Hearts of Oak nor Great Olympics! He personifies the humility of the Gas! Wealth is not everything in human development. Can those loud Ghanaians learn something and respect other people's tradition. Enough is enough! You see the host was surprised he is a Ga!

Dan , thank you so much for refreshing my memory. I grew up watching all these stars in the mid 70s through the late 80s before coming to the USA. Can you please interview Opeele Aboagye ( Okwahu United & Kotoko) and some of the Hearts players like Peter Lamptey, Polo, and Anas Seidu. Unfortunately, Mama Acquah and Robert Hammond passed away here in the States. May their souls rest in peace.
