Whoever helped make the marines have life in this abridged version of One Piece, they clearly served in the US Army OR they studied reaaalllyyy hard in order to know phrasing and terminology of our stuff... Blue Falcon = Buddy fuckers (People who snitch) and the whole "Buy a ship at 37 percent interest, marry and divorce all in the same week" is like our new soldiers who buy cars from sketchy dealerships, marry a hooker and divorce them because bytches ain't loyal...

I am a millennial myself but wanted to keep the humor as broad as possible Luffy personally feels to me like a gen Z character. hyper impulsive short attention span. not saying this to insult anyone I adore Luffy. Then we have our video formats where our episodes are quite long but try to keep as short as possible without loosing out on to much plot. I just want to make sure there is something in there for almost everyone.
