Dinner is simple , this feeds a family of 4 easily . All thats missing is a bowl of fresh salad
Or alternatively
Add some carrots broccoli and cauliflower in a next tray or on the top of the stove
To cook meanwhile
4 chicken legs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp All purpose seasoning
1tsp Lemon pepper seasoning
Marinate 30 minutes or more
Adjust seasoning base on ur preference
In oven tray 600g potatoes
150g butternut squash

Melt 100g unsalted butter
100 ml olive oil
1Tsp lemon pepper season
1 or 2 freshly squeezed lemon
50 g parsley 🌿
put over chicken , potatoes and butternut squash.. optionally you could use some carrots or any other veggies u like. Bake covered at 200c
Then remove and grill for colour
. The trick is not to cut ur potatoes too thick or big. This way it cooks faster under the file along with the chicken. Internal temperature for the chicken is above 75 degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit above 170.
