Crimil’s Dagger has some other gem features that were missed. First and foremost: it activates Facet of Solitude on Prismatic and activates Stylish Executioner just for a normal 3 headshot kill. Just don’t boost the mag size, else you lose that unique feature. Strategist + Kill Clip can bring 2-taps online on Acrobat Dodge Hunter, keep the Radiant uptime high, and buff the Stability to boot. Moving Target + Zen Moment is incredible heaps of consistency for free.

my love for precision instrument slideways has been my goto for this handcannon, super forgiving and I dont have to worry bout reloading too much

Once again best weapon review out of the box that most streamers wants the whole community to step in sadly, while as a 120 rpm enthusiast here I would say that after hp changes killclip is still the king with a good and a proper reload speed so u can use it at any time u can have it, since u can still use the extra dps to push damage fall off a bit more, so either start the fight from 45m with a full dps headshot or either play on the range limits of fall off, while u still need 2c1b no matter what on 10resilience that is any good players mandatory! Precision instrument is a just ok for the same type of use, but needs 6 shots for max dps so this makes it useful mostly on 6vs6 only, and adagio is ok for a lone wolf and situations teamfights that starting a team shot with a 115 matters , while reloading may cut team shots flow a bit too much there! As for the last , stability= flinch reduction is the KEY nowadays on 120s and that has to be the first mention for them!

Glad to see some love for Air Trigger! I picked up in this perk’s value a few weeks ago when I got a Sightline Survey with Air Trigger + Voltshot, which ended up feeling almost like a primary mini-Indebted Kindness with how you can play like an Arc gunship on Warlock. Get a kill, glide, quick reload, then rain Voltshot devastation from above.

I got a Bold Endings with Air Trigger at the beginning of the final shape and I found out about the quick reload by just bunny hopping. It’s really awesome, and for those high impact HCs I always look for it.

3:04 just to be clear, Slideways grants 25 stability and 20 *handling,* not reload. This brief period Slideways is up helps close the gap (stat-wise) between it and Igneous but that's just during the period Slideways is up. Igneous has the benefit of always having more stats, being able to push its stats even further with select perks and can have an adept mod.

Feel like the whole fast reload is pointless when slideways auto reloads, and if you get a high range roll you can use steady rounds which give bonus ae and put on 1-2 ae mods on your helmet and you’re basically just as accurate if not more than air trigger

You are literally my favorite d2 guy. I heard air trigger and I laughed. My mind was changed before I even finished the video. Literally going for it with adagio.

I think air trigger only works because it's a handcannon. You gotta remember that handcannons have the highest aim assist cone angles versus all other weapons and shaving some of it off doesn't harm you too much.

As a relatively new player, Crimil's Dagger was the first 120 hand cannon I tried out in PvP. I mostly used Brave Luna's Howl or Dire Promise before I got a Crimil's drop with Moving Target/Precision Instrument, and I've fallen in love with it. Still trying to get an Adagio roll, but there's time.

Air Trigger is just opposite trigger but same effect as field prep. Both for inventory and reload

TYSM. This is why I have no vault space. I now hoard all rolls of new weapons/old weapons with new perk pools until I know what’s going on with them all. At least I learnt from deleting what I thought were trash rolls in the past that turned out to be really good lol

I’ve tried this gun, it hasn’t been the best roll but trying it I didn’t enjoy it but I don’t think it’s the gun itself but the fact I’m so used to 140 hand cannons that 120s feel a little weak in comparison but that’s just me. I think it’s mostly that while a 120 can 2 head 1 body while a 140 needs 3 head shots to kill in 3 taps I’m more comfortable hitting those 3 heads on the 140 before a 120 can land the 3 shots it needs in total. (Ik thats excluding the 2 tap potential of 120’s with damage perks) I also feel that 140 seems more forgiving in the sense of I can clean up a 2 head 2 body kill decently fast if I don’t land all my precision hits

I was never a hand cannon enjoyer in crucible. But this hand cannon feels great. Idk what it is about it but I've just been having a good time with it.

This 120 is my favorite I got one with adagio and outlaw and another with moving target and precision. I love them both

After finally getting great Slideways rolls I learned... that I don't actually like Slideways. I love the slide perks on 140s but it turns out I don't like them on 120s. I;m a basic peek-shooting guy and I'm loving my basic Moving Target Precision Inst. roll, since all I wanted was an Iggy for the kinetic slot.

I have an air trigger/precision with hammer forge, accurized rounds and a stab mw. Good eats 10/10

So....Air Trigger is Field Prep/Firmly Planted kinda, but not crouching. I respect it. Not to mention another 120 with Adagio since Combined Action, but in the kinetic slot. None others on the game if I'm right. Yeah, I'd say that's a big deal.

I believe The Better Devils can roll with Air Trigger, don't think it is as affective for a 140 compared to Crimil's but would love to see a review and thoughts on better devils. I like it a lot, but i think it requires a lot of help in stats from main perks and a 5/5 or close roll.

When I first read Air Trigger, it looked like a different Field Prep where the reload is on jump, and the shooting performance it not different if you don't shoot from the air, but being Outlaw speed is pretty nuts. On the rocket you mentioned, the reserve boost is another spot where the Field Prep comparison happens. Might be better than Field Prep even if the reserve boost isn't as big because to me it feels like jumping is faster than crouch when it comes to detecting if the perk is active or not.

Off the rip, I got a Tac mag/Outlaw/Kill clip/Reload masterwork Crimil's. Yes, it only has 65 range, but, it does not feel sluggish. Similar to how I need Surplus on the Bottom Dollar to get it to feel like a hand cannon I would want to use. I will give Air Trigger a try if it shows up. Thnx!

Air trigger procs all effects on other weapons in your slots, and having multiple air trigger weapons equipped stacks the reload, accuracy, and target acquisition loss as well. Try triple air trigger and reload an lmg with one quiet moment or something lol

for whatever reason Air Trigger isn’t linked to the gun it’s on exclusively, it applies to ALL your guns. So having it as a perk will make your other guns reload faster and have less air AA. Having 2 guns with AT will stack the effect.

I was looking for a Better Devils for PvE and I was saving engrams then splurging them for a slice/hatchling and rapid hit/explosive payload, I got first one relatively quickly with flared magwell and a reload mw, I finally got a rapid/explo with a handling mw, 2 good range barrels, hammer forged and full bore in the first tree and tactical/alloy mag in the second. I was with a clan m8 at the time and I mentioned I got a good roll and I said it looks good but the 3rd tree has a second choice with air trigger which is a bit shit and he started laughing at me, he told me to use air trigger and I pointed out that I hated perks that give and take. 20 mins later after playing with it I began to kick myself for all the better devils and crimils I'd binned because of air trigger. The more you know...

For air shots it’s gonna be best for hunters, heat rises is there but it’s not going to effect that much while hunters can jump shoot and repeat way better

I'm looking forward to trying air trigger on the solstice rocket launcher. I'm imagining it will be like field prep, but you jump instead of crouch, lol. I love the increased ammo reserves, and reload speed is almost always great

So fun fact about enlightened action is different guns inherently gain more stacks per shot, so a hand cannon gains 3 stacks of it per shot so explosive payload actually should be giving you 6 stacks of enlightened action per shot

Got an Air Assault/Adagio Crimil's with Arrowhead/Hammerforged and Accurized/Alloy mag. It's not only good for PvP (which I'm terrible at), but also fun as hell in PvE. 10/10 gun.

I have smallbore, accurized, range MW, slideways, PI and to me its perfect. Slideways gives me 2 bullets on slides and 30 stab and handling. Its amazing

just saying, you can get enhanced air trigger on the new bold endings hand cannon and I definitely haven't been using that in pvp, no sir-ee

ive got a 97 range crimil's w slide/ExPay and to be honest it surprised me. for its overload stunning capabilities on overloads over others without explosive, and slideways on a 120 just feels wrong to not have. awesome pvp capabilities also. A nice hybrid HC in the kinetic slot.

I fell in love with Slideways with this gun. With Ophidians, while im only at 70 range... Enhanced Zen Moment will give me 70 Stability and 90 handling. Its a dream.

Can't recommend zen moment on this enough. I've been running slideways/zen and it feels incredible.
