Right at the start, you say you are getting sick more and more. Not sure what sickness, but I recommend blueberries. They have lots of antioxidants, which helps reduce inflammation. It won't prevent sicknes, rather, it severely reduces the negative effects of being sick! Also, make sure to eat kiwis or strawberries for vitamin C! If you can stomach it, or find a way to make it work, whole flaxseeds are extremely nutritional. I personally add 100 grams to a smoothie, although you can still do better with less. You want to grind them right before eating, as ground up flaxseed has the omega 3 fatty acids oxidize in around 30 minutes.
