When Kaido says "Roger and Whitebeard did it well" he talks about how they had big and impactful deaths. That's why he likes the Samurai, becuase as he sees it, they are determined to die with honor just like him but then Kinemon tells him that to die by him is not honorable. Rocks is not metioned by Kaido because his death still stays a mistery for us.

Probably rocks didn t have an honorable death. Kaido wants a big death that can complete him and let him be legendary. If you think about it noone (but few people) remeber rocks existence.

@@1TheHadar1 yes exactly! His character didn t have to be remembered, that s not how kaido wants to die. Kaido wants to be remembered and so he wants to have a big and important death that cannot be cancelled in history. Like roger or whitebeard that started a new era or oden that was not forgotten by his people. That s a theory obviuosly :)

Since we get back to Kiku in the other half of this episode, I feel like I should probably clarify on what Kaido did, in which he released not "Invisible Slashes," but was a breath of Cutting Whirlwinds {in which Denjiro pronounces as kamaitachi, meaning wind scythe slashes (and/or sickle weasel for the yokai reference)}. For the life of me I have no idea why the subtitlers decided to call it as "invisible slashes" as that made it sorta confusing for some reactors

It wasn't seen well in the anime but fourtrick's face is actually where the chicken's butt is. He has a whole chicken head on the other side HAHA

GREAT episode this week the direction and choices for all these scenes were so amazing. Yamato getting serious, Kaido getting serious, Chopper getting serious! Shits about to get real😁😁 I'm really hyped for ever episode this year if they can give chapters that honestly in the manga were 7-8/10 at best, freaking 10/10 adaptations making every scene feel super real! Glad you liked the episode man and cool anime/comic/game weaponry!

7 or 8 years for One Piece anime Because Oda said it himself that one piece is gonna end within 4 to 5 years, in the manga. I think that one piece anime is behind 40 chapters from the manga. But i still believe that they will catch up at some point in the manga because it's anime They need to catch up
