@@TheErector Anime-reactors are too busy talking , or geeking over the animation , to understand what's going on in front of them. The anime always spells things out , but it'll do no good if they don't even read the subtitles 😅😂 There are even signs next to characters who appear once every 90 episodes, to remind you who they are. The average reactor can't even read those.

Yeah, I don't know how to feel about his crew. As Pirates they shouldn't expect a scrap of mercy. But after Kid and Killer went down they folded. On the other hand I appreciate that they were willing to throw away their pride to save their Captain's life. They clearly love the guy. But Kid understood that death was a possibility in this game, even if he didn't anticipate death at that moment. There are *Eleven* Supernovas. Even during Roof Piece there were Five Supernova present. With three more downstairs.

There are two things I would have loved to see: a reference from that little panel in the manga where it is shown how the laser even ripped in half some of the pirates (that was brutal) and a frame of Roger while Shanks was doing the Kamusari

with all due respect, and not to downgrading our lord shanks, i think kidd can’t take divine departure because he got caught off guard, its like a mage got caught while casting a powerful attack, with basically no defense at all (armament haki). i dont ssy that divine departure is weak, i just assumed that might be the reason

Kid got ONE SHOT which is crazy because he tanked hits from Big Mom. I think because his Damn Punk probably focuses all his resources into attack with ZERO defense. If Big Mom used a super strong move on him while he had 0 defense (armament haki) then I think something like this could have happened as well but Kid had Law to help. If it was a 1v1 idk if either Law or Kid would have survived Big Mom.

I actually think Roger's Divine Departure is still stronger since it sent Oden through several huge trees, while Shanks Divine Departure only sent Kid through one of the ships mast and stopped at the other. But I also don't think both Roger or Shanks put their all into the attack.
