This video does a really good job showing how scary Luffy looks in his Gear 4 forms. Especially when you contrast it with how small he normally looks. Bounce man and Snake man are both terrifying in very different ways.

As much as this artist likes making these kind of creepy scenes for One Piece, I am utterly shocked he hasn't taken a shot at a scene of Luffy vs Magellan. Magellan and his poison techniques would be FIRE in this art style.

One thing I apreciate about these drawings is how they show the Shichibukai, Admirals, and high-caliber Pirates (especialy the post-TS ones) to be near unhumanly powerful opponents, the Strawhats included... yet the Yonko are damn near monstrous forces of nature in contrast, barreling down on whoever stands in their way with the power of a storm. It also shows why they are called Devil Fruits. It ain't a cute nickname by overly superstitious people, its a description of the power they hold.

I love how BM goes from jolly sadistic Disney villain to pure nightmare fuel when she activates her ability and grabs Prometheus and Zeus.

Bro idc the shot at 0:32 is the hardest in the whole vid for me. It’s just how empty everything is except for Zoro and Kuma, making you focus in on them. It’s also how you can just feel the tension through just that is phenomenal.

i cannot express how much of a fucking masterpiece this is. Both the music and the art style blend so well, and it truly represents how goofy looking shounen jump characters could look, but how terrifying they would be in the reality we live in.

You never think about how terrifying the world of One Piece actually would be, but Pak puts it into perfect perspective, even the main characters can be terrifying beasts of legend and horror. Just look at the gear 4 variants, or if Pak has any art of chopper's monster point, then there's even more to say that you don't want to be a normal shmuck in One Piece.

Seeing this makes me realize how truly dangerous the One Piece world is. We often see the Straw Hats having fun and getting into all sorts of mischief, but when there’s trouble, it’s more than anything a normal person could handle. It may seem like a fun universe, but if you don’t have any way to defend yourself, you’re basically dead meat on a stick

Incredible depictions by ED Pak. He made the BM and Kaido look like mythological nightmares. I feel these a more in the style of Boichis illustrations which are more gritty. I wish there was an image of Katakuri from the front

If one piece was made in an art style like this, the whole series would change so much bc not only is the art pure nightmare fuel, but fighting huge characters like big mom and kaido, or even the admirals, would be the scariest and nightmarish things for not just the watcher but also luffy. This is The Perspective of how One would see The World of One Piece if He/She were to be in it. It would be a very unpleasant experience. Seeing The Reality of how Dangerous Pirates are... Seeing The Corrupt World Government and how they use anything to their Advantage to make themselves look like The Good Guys and to make other Innocent People look like The Bad Guys... Seeing The Celestial Dragons and how they Treat all below them... Seeing The Racism from Humans against all other Races, etc etc. One Piece is really Dark, only if you were to think about these Aspects I just pointed out.

Like how people say black beard this and that when he’s literally the closest thing to a real pirate it’s pretty common to betray your crew and make your own and eventually take over the old crew for power that’s what real pirates are know for they take what they want and betray anyone for power and money
