There is a race of literal giants in One Piece who live on an island named Elbaf. There's also a lot of humans that are EXTREMELY tall, like upwards of 20 feet sometimes, that while very big by human standards, are still nowhere near as big as actual giants. For instance, one of the biggest humans is Whitebeard, but he still only comes up to a giant's waist, give or take a few feet. I'm not gonna say anything about the Sea Behemoths though, because there IS a plot point in the show that centers around them. As for the "Florian Triangle", that's not the name of the creature, it's the name of the particular part of the sea they appear in, and this area is basically the One Piece equivalent to the real world's Bermuda and Dragon Triangle, so it's a place where tons of ships go missing in that world. When it comes to the creatures themselves, we have no idea what they are, they're just there and we never get an explanation as to what their deal is or even a name for them.

In the world of One Piece humans are of all shapes and sizes, and that's without considering the literal race of giants. It's theorized that giant genes are recessive in some people which somewhat justifies massive humans like Whitebeard and Big Mom

The Florian Triangle things are appearently unknown, unnamed creatures that live inside a region known as the Florian Triangle (essentially the Behamuda Triangle of the one piece world) its allways foggy in the Florian Triangle so no one ever saw these things they where only shown to the readers/watchers at the end of one chapter/episode, never explained, never mentioned again its the most out of nowhere mistery and itll probably never really get revealed what the hell these things are...

if you're going to delve deeper into one piece, i would highly recommend starting to watch the series proper now. i know a lot of people are recommending other one piece related videos, but a lot of them start treading into spoiler territory and one piece is a story that should really be experienced blindly the journey is magic and it would be a shame if you knew all the turns the series takes before hand

Similarly there's Monkey D. Luffy and Monkey D. Garp. -Yeah some of the people listed here are Devil Fruit users, though the only one with anything to do with height gain is Sanjuan Wolf, who already was a giant, literally, prior to getting the ability to increase his size to... That (Edit: Oh yeah, and Pika too, when he has enough stone around anyway, and Jack, kinda.) -Yeah many of these are just weird animals in One Piece, what do they eat? check out the animes 'Toriko', its a nice foodie adventure about the thrill of discovering and preparing new foods. it even has a crossover special with DBZ and one piece. 'Restaurant to another world', is another good one about how good food can bring friendships. Yakitate Japan, is a nice one about bread, literally 127ish eps about baking bread and humor. 'Shin Chuuka Ichiban!' is a nice one i always knew it as 'Cantonese cooking master boy' also on my highly recommend tho watch the original the 2019 jumbled up the eps and didnt do them all. 'Mister Ajikko', is another good one, it even inspired the Iron chef franchise

I think that the sea behemoths are the people from Skypeia or other sky islands. When the sun shines behind them and there in a certain part of the island their shadows shine down at the sea and they appear as giants by the people sailing, especially when it's cloudy. But since most people don't know or believe that Sky island even exists, sailors see them as giants in the sea who usually appears when it's cloudy or when there's a storm. There's also a theory that some of the giant humans may have been experiments from a long time ago. There was a villain named Caesar who experimented on children turning them into giants at punk hazard.
