God Usopp is a meme But unga comparison between Usopp and Sokka is very good. They are alike as in comic relief. But Usopp is way bigger coward who got the greatest character development in Dressrosa Arc(which also had one of the best one piece villians)

Regarding zeff, anime is a tone down version from manga. In anime its shown that he cut his own foot to save sanji from drowning. But in manga he will give all his food to sanji, cut and eat his foot to survive.

In anime, when sanji ask Jeff how he survive and where is his food after sanji found his treasure bag. Jeff say nothing. His leg was missing. So it is implied that Jeff cut and ate his leg to survive

they could extended the series(like 2 more episodes) to LOGUETOWN(in that arc there will be a small character arc fo all characters ( USOPP(knowing about his father ...and winning DADDY MASTERSON), BUGGY, ALVIDA(after transformation)), SANJI(winning in a cooking competition), ZORO(getting lll kitetsu and yubashiri in a badass way)...into TASHIGI....and LUFFY( who gets to know about ROGER, and gets even more motivated to find OP)) ...and could've ended up the series showing strawhats getting escaped from SMOKER and entering to REVERSE MOUNTAINS fulfledgedly... .

It could've have been better if they shown GARP as he was in ANIME....IN ANIME GARP IS A CAREFREE...BOSSY...DOMINATIVE MAN ...who would be proud for LUFFY's attrocities in the sea.....HE WILL BE COOL AS A HERO LIKE HIS TITLE (THE HERO OF THE MARINES)...but in adaptation...they shown GARP to go in a mental breakdown..and a guy who embraces LUFFY as a pirate....IN ANIME AND MANGA HE WILL BE PROUD OF LUFFY ...only for his attrocities...and threat....BUT HE HATES TO C LUFFY AS A PIRATE WHO FOLLOWS SHANKS....
