I was hoping that maybe they would have many original skills now that it’s a JRPG but nope This is just pirate warriors but JRPG-fied which is a damn shame. I mean look at those boring team attacks, sheesh At least they can use the original movesets as the game selling point, showing other potential the crews had that wasn’t shown in the manga

the story and everything was made right after dressrosa so odyssey takes place around zou not wano or whole cake island

Literally none of what you said besides Ryou had been revealed when this game was being made. Gear 5th had only made its appearance the SAME DAY we got this game’s first trailer.

The game kinda underwhelming tbh, this game isn't as good as i imagine it to be. Unless you're really big One Piece nerd and really love turn based RPG then you might gonna love this. Such a shame since this is one of my most anticipated game even though i don't really like One Piece but i love turn based RPG game, but turns out it feels underwhelming.
