In this video Shanks and Uta react to Luffy ~ the main character of the anime One Piece.
One Piece tells the adventures of Monkey D. Luffy and his crew, Straw Hat Pirates. Luffy accidentally eats the Gomu Gomu no Mi a devil fruit that grants the user's body the properties of rubber, effectively turning into a rubber man.
