RECIPE:
1 chicken leg.
Fill with water.
Salt.
1 onion.
Olive oil.
Butter 1 tablespoon.
Fry over medium heat.
Bring to a boil.
1 carrot.
2 garlic.
The chicken is ready!
Cool.
Vegetables are ready!
Remove the skin from the meat and chop.
Place the roasted vegetables in a clean pot.
Flour 2 tablespoons.
Mix well.
Fill with water.
Vegetable broth.
Cover with a lid and let it cook.
Skim off the foam.
Vermicelli 1 cup.
Add chicken.
Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Parsley.
Black pepper. Salt.
Add parsley.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
The soup is ready!
Cover with a lid and let it steep.
3 slices of bread.
Greek yogurt/sour cream 4 tablespoons.
Olive oil 2 tablespoons.
Salt.
1 garlic.
Red pepper.
Dill.
Mix well.
Grease the bread.
Cook in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10-15 minutes.
Wonderfully fragrant croutons are ready for the soup!
