Dear Jim, much hope you’re doing well.i have a question for you about Non-conviction certificates that must be submitted within supporting documentation for NVC process. I lived in Ukraine for 6 years (1989 up to 1994)as a student and got married to an Ukrainian woman , we both live in my home country Jordan since 1994, and she has a Jordanian citizenship. My question is it enough to submit a non conviction certificates from Jordan or we have to submit an Ukrainian ones as well. Your prompt reply will be highly appreciated best Regards Yousef

most probably you need to have it. Reach for Ukraine consulate and ask them for police record certificate

My case was denied, and i was told by my senator that the case was sent back to the Nebraska Service Center. What happens now. We don't know why the case was denied. It has been almost a year since my husband's interview.
