Om God look how long & full your hair is... it's so beautiful. I like the fact that you doing it on dry hair. Be scared if I do it on dry hair. My curls won't be as defined. Now I see that is not true.. thank you Nae, because doing it on wet her it takes forever to dry & you did not use a lot of products...

You can do it! and maybe consider smaller sections too! I would say no more than two pumps per twist.

Hey! That sounds like a very good survey. I would say one barrier to natural hair in the workplace is that is not professional and could be perceived as distracting. A stigma for natural hair is that it could be considered untidy. I hope this helps.
