I agree; the worst part is that I really have been liking the game. I wouldnt have minded going whale on the selector 100 dollar ticket, but I refuse to because I had a similar experience of what theyre doing here in eminence of shadow, and they never fixed that game either. Its incredible how they can fumble this so badly when they have a winning ip in their hands. Anyone else remember something similar happening to my hero academia game? that was really good, had really good combat but went down because devs were so bad at implementing monetization the game just fell?

COMPLETELY agree with everything you said Payne. There NEEDS to be EQUAL compensation for F2P players. Didn’t even know that bug existed or I would’ve tried to go harder on credits & take advantage of the bug as well with TWO SSRs, especially when the banner rates are so damn shitty. That’s a damn shame on the dev’s part.

After 10 million preregistrations, they've tanked it hard already, and its such a sad thing to see as it has potential solid player-base for a good game. People were already hesitant to play at all, due to what Crunchyroll have done in the past and other anime IP, such as MHATSH. The reroll paid banner was massive red flag - not even a week to let the player base settle before showing those tactics. Apparently Speed-o-Sonic was meant to be in the selector originally, but they knew he was sought-after, so changed it for SilverFang. Hence the coding to the original bug. As you say though, no real proof, other than the "inside leakers".

I'm from SEA server and yes, we are getting limited ticket which started last Feb 9 until 15.

The combat in this game is fun, the way the devs handle summoning and tickets, and these SSR shenanigans is fucking appalling. It's like they don't want people to play and enjoy the game. On a side note, I really wish they would let summoning pity carry over because there's no way to currently get a guaranteed summon on any of the featured banners as well.

Thanks Bro, it really mean a lot coming from content creator who actually know the Dev very much and I hope they listen. When I heard player got lucky with bug and they got another extra selective SSR, I feel like I'm too late because I just play after 4 days it released, I got lucky on 2nd reroll acc with 1st 10 pull I got metal knight so I decided to keep play because I don't want to waste anything. So after days of grinding and finally I'm at the pity 60, guess what the game decided to give me another metal knight dupes like seriously, out of many regular SSR there I felt like i'm being cheated. Even with Free SSR Genos and free selective SSR Im perfectly fine but compensate some player who encountered bug with extra SSR is definitely turn me down. I just complete 1st purchase just to show my support to Dev and in return they give us limited ticket like for what, not even SSR could make it if I'm unlucky. They should give all player the same rewards. At the end of day the only game changer is definitely the character that they put in limited banner that people are going to pay to summon. It's just a regular SSR why not just give all player. This is BS

I'm in asia, and I think the login event where you get to get a free limited ticket for few 5 or 7 days is because its currently lunar new year, and the devs are from china.

Its so so disheartening they're giving 7 days of free banner tickets but only to the SEA market and not global. I've never played a Crunchyroll published game before, but the more I learn about them the less confidence I have in this game. I thought when it was announced that surely Global being left out was just a mistranslation or we'd get a separate announcement but we're two days into it and well, it just seems like they're telling us we're not welcome. I like the gameplay, so I will play it for now, but I'm not financially supporting this game and if they pull this kind of thing even a single other time, games getting deleted and i'm moving on. I won't be treated like a second class citizen in a frigging mobile game of all places, its such a scummy move that only serves to alienate a portion of your player base and actively show them you don't care about them. Like dang i want this game to succeed cause it IS fun but then they pull crap like this and I'm just left feeling like rooting for this game to succeed is like cheering on the villain. And just to be clear, outside of maybe launching in a new region in an old game, I've never played an actual good F2P mobile game that handed out freebies to one region but not another, this is not a common thing or a good thing, and it should not be hand-waved. When you release a global product, you should treat everyone playing as equals. When you play favorites with only 1 region, all you're going to do is create animosity among the region you ignore. I just hope it doesn't set a precedent, but I think if I were a gambling man, I'd say this is only the beginning of the favoritism. Crunchyrolls reputation precedes it and its not a good one.

Im facing a strange problem i just discovered i cannot trigger the side quest and biography quest which is present or unlock at TEAM LEVEL(yellow) plz see this man...i came too far from that levels im currently in lvl 51 these quest are present in level 4,20.and so on ....😢😢😢😢

So the reason why they cant just take back the Sonic everyone was getting is because they they would have to effectively revers all transactions (EX Cards, Merit Materials, Impression Arms, etc.) that were related to the character. which would likely cause issues if they don't keep records of ever EXP card a given player spent on a given character. the fact of the matter is they went in and gave everyone who was effected by the bug a free character which is a pretty sweet deal. Id rather that then them fixing it and never going back on the problem tbh.

i completely agree i won't support this game financially either unless they treat everyone equally, everyone should get the same rewards.

I waited more than half a year for this game to release only to realize it requires 3gb ram to play it and my device has 2gb ram I've played games that are larger than this game and they work fine cause I was able to lower the graphic or smth

The ticket thing is happening in another region where perfect world is the publisher. We got crunchyroll, so they can give us diferent events and stuff. I believe it's something like this. I've seen it in another video.

I love the game so far in terms of gameplay but the implementation and the biases over specific servers is wild, this game i feel won't last, specially when there are future gacha games that plays similar to OPMW but better implementations of certain aspects of the game that are a problem on this game.

People gotta stop complaining about P2W. The rate in this game ain't even close to shitty. There's a game I been playing for 4 years called One Piece Bounty Rush, and it's the most downloaded mobile game that made by Japan. And the rate for Extreme characters or basically SSR is 0.1% and the guarantee for it is 2000+ gems (50 gems for 10 multi) and you need about 4 copies to make it lvl 100. Lvl 60 is unplayable in rank cuz you'll get one shot. And guess what, you can't even grind gems like you grind silver in this game, you can only depends on when the rank seasons ends, which is weekly, and you can only farm about 80 gems a week and that's it.
