Chewing gum cause they said chewing gum helps nervousness or to stop a bad habit or saw chewing gum...?I like gum to keep the breath fresh cause others complain..but usually sometimes that means they didn't brush their teeth or they have a cavity... They should look in their own mouth. Sometimes can see the brown spot of a cavity to know yourself and not feel like maybe someone is just lying for the money. They said the black in the crevices is not a problem but happens naturally over time.. At least that's what I personally was told.. A cavity will give a person bad breath ALL the time... Even after they brushed their teeth especially if they have a rotten or capped tooth.....the cap hides the deterioration of the cavity and causes bad breath.. Dentists just should be telling everyone this because that helps people realize they need to go to the dentist. There's no substitute for dental work... Nobody else can fix a tooth.. Be brave. Ask questions.. And stop them in the middle of the procedure if your scared or want to know what they're doing... They can show you and explain.. ALWAYS stop them if your in pain because they can give more medicines and wait until they take effect to help you not be so scared of the dentist.
