On the 11 inch side score at 3 inches and 8 inches
On the 8.5 inch side score at 3 inches and 5.5 inches
For the purse flap:

I love these smaller bags. My brother is a Gardner. I am putting flower seed packets. Some soil disks. Also I am going to make the marker sticks out of Popsicles sticks and 3 mini clay pots. Enjoy!

Hey Maymay The purse is of course lovely! I just stopped by to "Hope you are safe and out of the weather". As a weather geek I worried about you guys during the storm!! I got sick again and thought I was missing a lot. I'm getting ready to see the snow. I hope you guys can stay out of weather troubles this weekend. We're getting "snow from the south" and that means it's bad!! I might not have internet if it's too bad. Its a good thing staying inside isn't one of my many problems

A wAY TO MAKE TOPS line up is where you cut in the four spots, if you cut this a lil narrower they make sides line up with top of bag, Am in process of doing 50 of these for Wedding Shower,, then may be doing another bunch for wedding. Your VIDEO is awesome and am sure once I get done with Wedding I will be doing plenty more purses.

I am a nurse educator for three units in my hospital....do I dare to start making all my nurses and techs bags for Valentines? These are too cute and I know they would love them! Hmmmm?
