Hey you can still do that. U can use any screw driver, jus heat the tip for 30sec or so and you can solder. And try to ask a friend who has soldering wire, 1 inch wire should be enough to fix your earphones.

This helped. Not convenient to go get a headset rn so I had to repair the current one. Didn't have a soldering iron on hand but I used a strip of electrical tape and fixed it. Thanks bro.
