This video did not mention how great castor oil is for eyes. “Dry eyes” is a growing problem (possibly due to EMF’s). Doctors have no cure, just eye drops which make it worse. One drop of castor oil in my eyes at night before bed (tip: blot off the excess oil if you don’t want to mess up your pillow case) has my dry eye issue under control! *Finger tips scorched:* A couple of weeks ago, I had a fire mishap in my kitchen where I was preparing to warm up food after returning home from work. I keep covers over the four eyes/burners of the stove top and removed one, placing a small pot thereon with the soup 🍲 that I had placed in it to eat. I turned the eye on, then proceeded to turn the air-conditioning on because it was so hot inside my place. It took all of thirty seconds and "poof" the burner cover was ablaze....Tired, I turned on the wrong burner! The fire detection system kicked in and it's midnight...I was in scramble mode and was determined to not let this escalate into something worse. The first thing to do was to grab to burning cover and throw it into the waiting dish water. I thought about my fingers for nanoseconds, but things were getting to a point of almost no return. I grabbed it with my left hand, scorching my thumb and all finger tips except the small one. I turned on another nearby by air-conditioner and the exhaust in the closest bathroom. I began to fan the alarm and it eventually went off, occasionally restarting a few times. After everything was normal again, I looked at my fingertips and noticed that they were ashy white and slightly aching. I washed them in lukewarm water and liquid soap and began communicating to them, saying thank you and apologizing. After about 5 minutes I dried them off and applied coconut oil very thoroughly. Something told me that THAT was not good enough: "saturate all the fingers with castor oil....." I just happened to have some in a dark brown glass bottle. Castor oil on skin absorbs and make you take a dump. You can get used to it it so your not having to sit in the bathroom after applying to the skin in a couple days. Only works on my face tho .

In addition to using Caster Oil I highly recommend trying lymphatic drainage. So simple, takes literally 2 or 3 mins. I have trouble with my left leg (knee pain, sciatic nerve). I'm new to a lot of these natural remedies. My daughter has been really reading up on all kinds of stuff. She bought the castor oil for me. I use it for my hair and eyebrows. I don't leave it on overnight because it gets everywhere. I have also put a few drops in my belly button. Supposed to get good absorption that way. You would have to read about the internal kind for immune system, I have not read about that yet.
