Anna I think it is important for us to find what we do helps and in personal ways ! I am battling an aggressive stage 4 cancer . I have completed my radiation treatments and now i have been accepted into a trial treatment that includes chemotherapy . At night is very difficult for me and i rely on your videos to help me be calm and in some occasions fall asleep ! I thank you for the relief you bring me ! Bless you !

I love the theme of this video which teaches us patience and faith in our actions will pay off. I like that you focused on the root Chakra too. Lavender scent is incredibly calming. I can't believe the timing of this video. My partner and I are taking a break from our relationship for a couple months to focus on ourselves because we got too lost in each other. I'm having to remind myself that the agreement we made will be unlikely to change if I just live my life and don't think about the fact we're on a break constantly. It will all happen as it's suppose to but also there's nothing I can do about it right now but relax and let time pass. Because we'll get the answers we need as time goes on. Just so hard to remind myself that action doesn't need to be taken and sometimes the best thing to do is just be.

Another wonderful session. When you mentioned lavender being in bloom I wondered if we are drawn to scents, food etc when they are in bloom and if the ability to get these things whenever we want has thrown off our natural draw to what is blooming and available.
