hold all the keys when you do it (shift , W, Space, leftclick) and it will work a lot quicker, once you find the sweet spot you can get it working in 2-3 goes every time.

I believe I know how. Notice with all their BF3 machinama's, how they use the letterbox aspect ratio (the top and bottom, black borders)? Well, they use that to simply cover up the hands. During filming they make sure that the shot they want letterboxed is well above the hands, hence why for the most part, they're filming downwards.

Rob amazing job man, Just a suggestion if u dint know already, there is a way to go into cinematic mode with zoom enabled , u need to equip a assualt kit with a mass shot gun and a 12X scope or 8X on an assault rifle and there is a trick to go in to hud disabled and crossairs disabled and ur hands removed but still u get full screen zoom Im sure there is a video in youtube i cant seem to find it again .

I had the same thing man but when I built a PC i was able to see the difference. This game maxed out on the PC blows the consoles out of the water hands down.
