Other DAWS and plugins have a knob to shift formants. Would be nice if Ableton had this built into the Audio Clip warp settings or Shifter. Honestly I'm surprised it doesn't.

I’m still learning and I love the formant shifting effect. I get what freezing is but what does flattening do?

Flattening rerenders the track as audio. It's effectively like resampling it in place but you don't have to listen to it in real time as it resamples.

@ableton please increase track in lite and intro ....others company like cubase and studio one is offering more than 64+ track on entry level please increase track on lite and intro

There is nothing uncanny valley about speech, speaking, singing, or that which can be heard. Uncanny valley refers only to that which can be seen. When an image or a humanoid figure is too human like, then you are approaching the uncanny valley. It has zero to do with audio in any way.
