That was neat ! Ive been looking to find more exotic builds apart from HUGS and other traditionnals, this one seems interesting !

This is pretty crazy, I'm sure you'll get one of the prizes! Mine I no hit'd it with a Losomn-looking build and tried to look epic at every turn, but this is just too spectacular to not win lol.

archon challenger, sparkfire with hotshot and fetid wounds, starshot with prophecy, detonation trigger, stone of malevolence, and band of the fanatic. No points in affliction.This is using a 'possible' bug where status duration is not scaling status damage, and is instead just doing the same damage over the shorter duration. This makes the status duration down from band of the fanatic become a 2.8x DPS multiplier. Can't tell the rest of whatever he's using for rings, but probably burden of the follower and either a generic DPS ring like singed ring, or another mod sustain ring. Similarly the reprocessed heart is probably elemental damage, mod damage, and mod cost reduction. He didn't use the melee weapon but it's a krell axe probably with storm bringer or tainted blade.
