Rng is only for if grave digger summons or old map. So if it never summoned then it would be 57k. On old maps mysteries only summon upon death, so old maps and new maps have the same chances

crook boss has 56~ dps by itself + 21 and 3.22 dps from units that can also endlessly stack, turret has 190 dps, if you get atleast 5 max crook boss units it would be on par with turret, although the units will die from the stomp attack i think
