This video was shot in the fall of 2023 and it's crazy to see how much things have grown since then. This felt like the turning point of when things started taking off for my shop at the time and I'm so glad I documented it. Let me know how you like the video!

I've been following your channel since the basement days. I found it while searching for info on screen printing t-shirts. I've since abandoned that endeavor but never stopped following your channel. I don't watch it often but I tune in from time to time and I'm so impressed with the growth. Amazing job! I wish I had stuck with something I had created for myself instead of working for someone else, looks so rewarding no matter how hard or the hours you put in. I just wanted to congratulate you in all the success and can't wait to see when the shop and your orders get bigger.

Lee! You've got to give print grip a try on your platens. Our shop switched to it 6 months ago and I couldn't believe the change. No more glue on the floor, no more overheating issues. Game changer. Grab an orbital sander and a 50/50 spray container of plastisolv + water and you have fresh platens in like 30 seconds - 1 min tops. No more resurfacing or fussing with platen tape. Love to see the progress of your shop!

I haven't been in the screenprinting and embroidery game in a long time, but one thing I wasted to do, back in the day, was to work out a sort of dust collection system, much like they use in woodshops. Both with lint and adhesive overspray, it would be great to have something actively pulling floating lint and adhesive overspray, at the source. I could see having a whole shop dust vac system, with localized intakes near the automatic's load station and along the base of the embroidery's table. Something that could create negative pressure that sucks anything floating or falling from those area, could probably take care of 80% of the mess caused by those processes. Lint and adhesive overspray are insidious, over time.

If i would not live in Switzerland, i would definitively want to work for you! Could bring in grahic design, as a trained graphic designer, i did screenprinting as part of my education and i teach myself everyday, since i'm kind of a nerd. So that's why i started a motrcycling wrapping shop, learning all the shit about wrapping, printing on vinyl and laminating. Keep on rocking! PS: did i mention that i LOVE your buildings and how clean they are - from outside and the inside.

I bought the Gen 2 frames a couple years ago and decided they are over priced and sold them. The Tajima cap frames are so much better than the Melco that we were used to for years so we definitely noticed the difference and benefit between those. Finally got all 6 melco's sold and got a EZ 6 head to sit next to our KC 6 head we got in November arriving this week. As someone like you who trusted Melco and switched to Tajima I am sure you have the same conclusion as I do!
