Last year in January, this group of amazing people joined me in Poland for a full week of training with ice baths, breathing, and topped with a mountain climb in Wim Hof fashion, in just our shorts. I had a magical time together with this bunch, connecting with each other, just feeling, being, deepening our strength as well as our vulnerability. This is the result of that week!

!!All these exercises have been performed under expert supervision. Don't take the method and techniques too lightly, they go deep and the effects can have a huge impact. Don't do the breathing exercises in a swimming pool, before going underwater, beneath the shower or piloting any vehicle, without proper supervision. Always practice in a safe environment. Keep in mind to do the exercises without forcing them, gradually build up, and don't exceed your limits. Stay safe!!

This really happens when you start practising cold exposure. After 2 years of practise the cold even calls for me. Eventhough the initial jump is always scary.

This brought me to tears. As a woman, I feel so much sadness that men have lost their brotherhood, their ability to bond and connect through vulnerability and trust. Seeing these men share this journey and give each other nothing but support, encouragement and acceptance was something truly beautiful to behold. May this be the blueprint for others to follow.

You are perfectly and beautifully correct. Women are lucky that they get to have kind & emotional supportive relationships with each other, men have all but lost that. Globally though we have lost our connection with love, real spirituality and true human community, it's beautiful to witness it in this video. Wim is a hero, and each of guys attending are heros for opening their vulnerabilities and sharing like they did. *Soo much love*

I discovered Wim Hof 12 months ago. I didn't miss a day of training, finished 12 weeks online course, waiting advanced and master level...WHM is the best thing happened in my life. From quite depressed man I became the man full of life energy and positive thoughts and attitude. Wim Hof is the most important man of the 21. century. Time will show that.

Ha ha! I agree that he's one of the most important men, but Elon Musk is another important 21st century man, I think. That said, WHM is probably also the most important influencer in my own life too.

I am woman and I am moved to see true masculinity that springs from great inner strenght. I see men being considerate of each other, supporting each other while remaining in the energies of men. In 2019 I went into rehab for my alcoholism and they taught us the Wim Hof Method Technique, breathing meditation. Now I am 2 years sober and counting. It's super fantastic! 🙏 🛐👍👌👏🤙🤜🤛🤝🗣💨💯

But most of the people have forgotten.. the duality, positive and negative, Yin & Yan, Day and Night, Life and Death is like breathing in and out.. From all the Elements, It Is the Wind! Ive been doing 2 degree ice baths for 17 days as of today. Seeing these brave souls in tears of joy brought me to tears because i know exactly what they are feeling. Tears, anger, fear, embarrassment, all come up. These guys are incredibly strong.

I love this guys so nature and trusted. I did a couple of events in my life and I have noticed (EGO) always present. Competition, show off and be better than other in many ways. But here, watching this video I can feel people are authentic, real with no barrier no shield just be what you are. Human is all about emotions and training with Wim seems to be the best to heal your mind, body and spirit.

Who knows what the future holds, but for now (at least before lockdowns, probably resuming by now depending where) there are workshops around the world with Wim, as well hundreds of officially certified teachers in many counties who lead classes and offer personal coaching.

I've been doing the breathing and cold showers for over three months now. Before I was getting bad headaches 2-3 times per week and using advil for relief. Since I've started Wim Hof method I haven't had one headache and haven't had to take advil. Doctors couldn't help me....this is a miracle.

It’s funny 17:07 Hof looks like my father. My old man used to walk to the paper box every morning in his shorts didn’t matter if there was snow on the ground or it was a beautiful sunny morning. I knew he had balls of steel and beating the freezing cold had a something to do with that. That’s why I’ve been practicing the WHM for the past 30 days. I want to be as great as my old man was. I've had a lot of experience with clearing of emotion in yoga, the first one was HUGE because I'd put a tight lid on all crying for a really long period and been through a lot. Now its almost a year since I was doing this work diligently and experiencing such clearings and I've fallen back on three unhealthy vices that many Australians do (alcohol, tobacco and mj). I now can't stand allowing myself to be emotional and with later retrospect of my cleanses, although I'm glad they happened!, like doing a big turd, I'm just so embarrassed! like, oh I had to be 'that guy'.. (I left the room if too audible). Looking forward to getting back into some regular classes again one day post covid. Good luck with life y'all

Wim you are a the best. I remembered when i first saw you on dutch tv and people thought (myself included) that you where just a freak o nature. Now i take daily cold showers and weakly ice baths and do you’re breathing excersise. Thanks man! Love what you do🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💪🏻💪🏻🥶

I see privileged individuals enjoying a true gift that I hope they remember and pass on. We don't get to choose our landing spot in this life-do the best with what you have where you are- be grateful and you will find ecstacy in the present moment.
