She's acting like she owns the whole island of Cebu; she even complained and opposed the location of Sinulog 2023 and 2024, tried to ruin it twice, and organised her own Sinulog. She did not let the Cebu provincial contingents join the original Sinulog in Cebu City twice, and for sure it will happen again next year and the following years to come as long as she is still the governor. She divided the Cebuanos. She even displaced so many Cebuanos in Cebu City by continuously claiming huge lands in Cebu City that she claimed were owned by the Cebu Province and sold to private owners. She doesn’t care because Cebu City does not run elections for governor. She has no voters in Cebu City. She is a tyrant and a narcissist, and the fact is, she doesn’t have jurisdiction in Cebu City. She is sick; she needs to see a psychiatrist badly.

The irony is that the Cebu Province Gov. Gwen Garcia was present too when BBM inaugurated the BRT in Cebu City. Why is she in beast mode again? Why complain now when the BRT is already in full swing? She had all the information about the BRT even before the construction started. She knows every detail about the project, including the Capitol Station. Hypocrisy at its finest!

Cebu City is an independent component city is outside the jurisdiction of Cebu Province and thus do not run elections for governor of their mother province (Cebu respectively). The Cebu City elect mayor instead. The mayor of Cebu City is the only Chief Executive of the government of Cebu City. The Cebu Province Governor has NO jurisdiction in Cebu City.

I think this is intentional; they're insulting and being disrespectful; they're messing with Mayor Rama. The fact that the lot where the Capitol Building and its surroundings are owned by Cebu Province, Gov. Gwen waited until the construction of the BRT started in full swing and intentionally ordered it to stop to insult and disrespect Mayor Rama. These crab mentality, envy, jealousy, money, and greed-do turn people into merciless, cruel and ruthless monsters. This case is almost similar to what happened to the Puso Village. This reminds me of the Puso Village. It was positioned to showcase and bring out the best of Cebu in terms of food, lifestyle, shopping, and entertainment in a village like no other. It will help create jobs for locals, encourage economic growth, and support the local economy. This can also have a positive effect on the unemployment rate. Unfortunately it was seized by the greedy and envious people in Cebu Ports Authority (CPA). It's insanely ridiculous that the Cebu Ports Authority (CPA) waited first for the Puso Village to be finished, and when it was finished and ready to open in January 2023, the CPA made a daring and striking move, and seized the property, sued the city government, seized the land, demanded ownership, compensation, and more. Years before this daring move by CPA. The CPA was nowhere in sight when the historical building and its surroundings were filthy and unsafe. And today it's totally dreadful, decaying, rotten, filthy, unsupervised, and unmanaged, so where is the Cebu Ports Authority now? They just let the property rot. What a big waste of effort and money! It was ironic and insane, though, that after the Megawide and Cebu City government developed the area, suddenly it was forcefully seized by the CPA, claiming the land area, including the Compania Maritima, belongs to the Cebu Ports Authority and the City has no rights to claim it. The CPA filed a case against the city and was favored by the court. The modernization of Carbon Market and its vicinity, including Compania Maritima, was advertised publicly and not kept secret years before; even before COVID Plandemic, it was already proposed back then, and it was all over the news and on social media. Then suddenly, the CPA secretly had their own plan and stole the opportunity. When everything was perfect, the Puso Village was supposed to open in January 2023 but was sadly cancelled because of these legal issues. The irony is that some Filipinos are even suggesting and waging war against China because of the issue in the West Philippine Sea; logically and in reality, Filipinos don't stand a chance against the superpower China with modern, advanced nuclear weapons, waging war against other nations, which is ridiculous, when in fact, there's already war between Cebuanos versus Cebuanos and Filipinos versus Filipinos. How can the Filipinos win a war if they themselves are not united and fighting and killing each other? This is the reason why the Philippines remains a third-world country and falls behind other Asian nations.

Know the real issue and the arguments brought by the Cebu Capitol on CBRT and not the two personalities. Cebu Governor Gwen Garcia has no jurisdiction over Cebu City under Mayor Mile Rama. The tricky part is that Cebu Province owns many properties within Cebu City including part of the road where BRT is running on such as the one fronting the historic Cebu Capitol building which is a cultural heritage site and protected by a Republic Act. The irony was that PBBM inaugurated this infrastructureproject with both Garcia and Rama in attendance😢. Phase 1 is almost finish and must be halted because of RA. CBRT contractor had no clearance from the National Historical Commission on approved bus station design. That's the vignette of all the drama between Rama and Garcia. Another player into the drama is the Vice Mayor of Rama is Gwen Garcia's nephew who sided with Gwen hahaha. It can be resolved with a change in design but it will delay its completion date and slow traffic affects commuters in the area.
