If it was based on thrown Vandaryeva wins but Supergirl was in control advancing so she's not taking more hits she's walking into the hits but displaying dominance as well as constant deflection. Supergirl is actually winning the fight and it was a matter of time that Vandaryeva would be out of gas and Supergirl would of beaten her. Vanderyeva threw a volley and that should of done it but Supergirl still advanced. It could be age and the fight was close and had Supergirl lost it would of been due to experience not talent.

LOL that's a little overstatement :P it was a clear win for Barbie IMO but 90% of her punches were on the arms (straight punch maybe??) lol but that being said... Barbie landed way more, did more damage and was more aggressive...even though the announcers seem to think Walking forward is aggressive...i thought you had to incorporate attacks. but visually it looked like a horrible robbery, but it really was closer than it looked.

@@tatumergo3931 Especially in Muay Thai. In traditional Muay Thai the story arc is very important. Thats why you see competitors not throwing a single punch the final round and showboat. Its to tell the judges they did so well the previous rounds they can give up the final round. This fight is definitely controversial but Westerners need to also understand Muay Thai is a traditional sport and does not go by MMA rules.

I am a fan of both fighters, but Barbie clearly won this fight. Barbie definitely had the higher volume of landed strikes, higher significance strikes, more damaging strikes, better combinations, and Supergirl never really put her in any sort of danger. Honestly you could tell just by how the commentators called the fight, the bias was clear on who was going to get a decision victory no matter what.

I've watching a few videos of One Championship matches lately and I'm starting to see a recurring theme. It seems like they have certain fighters that they're giving the golden treatment. It's like the company have to protect their golden child. This match and the match between Stamp and Juniku clearly shows favortism. Supergirl and Stamp clearly lost the match but they ended up winning the decision.

In recent years, it seems the Judges scorecards don't agree with what us spectators feel. Sure sometimes there's close decisions but this was quite clear. Barbie beat SG. To me one of the ways to determine a winner is simply looking at their faces after each round. SGs face was not only physically more damaged, but her expression was of being overwhelmed. It's interesting to note also. Most of us know SG has a very powerful clinch knee thrust. But I've yet to see her effectively execute this in a match.

As a foreign fighter, if you let it go to a decision, then you lost. It's unfair but you just have to train to utterly destroy and dominate. Sad but true. Honestly that fight could have been stopped in the 2nd round.

Round 3 was close, but round 1 and 2 were clearly won by Barbie. Even though I like Supergirl, I think this victory was a bit stolen by the judges from Barbie.

Exactly, 3rd round Barbie was more active but flailing a bit, but Supergirl was more focused and with more significant hits. Supergirl for the W on the 3rd round.

Depends on what mztters the most to you. In the third round agressiveness was clearly on supergirl's side and she was also close to barbie in terms of significant hits, which is not the case in any of the other rounfs.

To all the people saying this was robbery: you need to understand that when you unload punches and can't finish, the defender just won that exchange in the judges card. Precision beats power. Timing beats speed. Judges got it right: Supergirl won.

Kinda tiresome that they keep arbitrarily giving wins to the fighter who did not domintae the action, did not maintain the most pressure, and usually did not win the rounds...Barbie won it on all these metrics. This problem contributes to the feeling among many that One does not maintain professionalism in these leagues regarding the efforts of the fighters.
