OneGauge and PiDash - More Screen Options and Sizes

Күн бұрынThis video walks you through how OneGauge works with Pidash (pidashs.com) products to allow you to use larger or different size and shape screens than those we offer. It also opens up options for features like backup cameras, stereo/sound, and a fully customizable and designable gauge layout that is configured on the screen itself.
You can choose to purchase a complete Pidash kit from Pidashs.com, purchase one as part of an assembled kit from OneGauge (we included the cost of the software license as well as ensure everything is setup correctly for you), or you can go the DIY route and purchase and setup up the components yourself!
Please note that Pidash products do have a longer boot time (usually 30 seconds or less depending on hardware), but the the boot can be triggered using a variety of methods so that it's ready when your vehicle starts. These setups are generally recommended for those who are reasonably comfortable with computers as the number of options and abilities to customize take a little learning!

I have this setup!!! Haven't worked on it much lately, got other projects going on the car before I can mount this up. You guys are awesome!!!!

@@TheOneGauge Sim racing dashes are very beautiful and cheap but there is still no solution out there to run them in a real car. I know that we can run car dashes on PC but PC dashes on the car are still impossible. am I correct or does onegauge work with the a sim racing dash because it coverts analog signal to usb??

@@FirstLast-tx3yj we currently don't offer that- USB is just a piece of hardware, there are an infinite number of languages or ways that data can be communicated using that hardware, so it's not really a 'plug and play' thing. This is a good idea though. We would have to understand what formatting or language the sim racing screens use, but if we had that then we could potentially make it happen!

@@FirstLast-tx3yj as an additional follow-up, after looking into it the sim racing screens that are out there aren't significantly less expensive than the screens we already offer, and the loss of many of the menu and adjustability features likely wouldn't be worth the cost savings for customers. Very superficial overview. I have this exact setup and still cant get it working. Specifically how do you connect channels on the OneGauge hub to dials on the TunerStudio hdmi screen?

Hi I’m trying to put this on my stock Audi A4 B6 , I was told I can use one gauge on the stock ecu , Want to have temp sensor Boost gauge Air fuel ratio Have a back up and dash cam , I’ve seen this sensor system I want to add to the car too have the pi control it . also I’m willing to get a mega squirt Ecu to have more options of customizing the screen Is there a contact I can reach out to get a bit more information, before I purchase an ecu or one gauge
