The OnePlus 9 Pro was already good at launch but some software bugs and camera tuning at launch left alot to be desired. My long term review of the OnePlus 9 Pro shows how much this phone has improved over the last 3 months and it is a different phone than it was when it was released. Is the Oneplus 9 pro after software updates now worth it? What else would you want me to cover in a OnePlus 9 Camera review?

well in india oneplus 9pro(128gb) is sold for 896dollars and iphone 12 pro(128gb with no charger) costs 1550 dollars 12pro max 1730 usd so its no brainer to go with oneplus who in right mind will spend 2 times literally time.

I've had my 3T for close to 5 years, still going fine but want to treat myself. Been sitting on the fence between OP9P or cross over to the s21ultra. Many reviews about camera being unreliable and inconsistent with saturation, balance etc. Your vid right now has convinced me to stay OnePlus and get the 9Pro. Gonna order tomorrow. Ah you should have gotten the Samsung for the camera. I had both. The Samsung got stolen so I got the one plus 9 pro. The only thing Samsung or apple beat one plus is the camera. I have a new apple phone also. The clarity and photos on Samsung and apple flagship phones are noticably wayyy better.

Again thanks for another great video. For camera comparison videos, this channel is only the one that does justice. Keep up the good works. Oneplus shows the seriousness about their camera with this 9 series and already rolling another update(11.2.6.6) with a camera and power consumption improvement. So it definitely will get better and better and the users will love it!

Great update. Have the skipped frames when scrolling and missed touches been fixed? I really liked my 7T and think the T series is their marquee series in that it is released after fixing most bugs with the new chipset. I'm struggling between choosing the 8T and the 9 Pro now. Thoughts?

Hi Danny, thanks for the video! However, I've been wondering if all these camera updates apply to the standard 9 as well since y'know it's using a different main camera sensor altogether. Not worried about the ultra-wide one, since it most probably is in sync with the updates as in the 9 Pro. All the changelogs remain the same for the standard 9 and the 9 Pro as well. So could you please in any way confirm if OnePlus is actually working on the standard 9 as well, just as they are with the 9 Pro? Because I'm just not sure, and most of the KZfaq videos are about the 9 Pro. Thanks!

Great video! I think OnePlus 9 pro has really suffer from the hype and heavy marketing on the Hasselblad partnership. Coming from Pixel 5 (which was overall too small for me), I have been really impressed with the improved camera and overall experience with OP9 pro.

Very glad to see this. I always knew this would probably be the case, but you never know if/when a company might drop the ball. Even if they were good in the past. OnePlus definitely took care of this one.

I find it odd that on the newer software, the camera likes to crush a lot of the shadows. I know that some might like this high contrast look but in terms of dynamic range, it just seems like a step back to me.

MKBHD mentions in his review (at about 15 min) about a large delay between the moment you tap to take a photo and the actual photo (even the preview shows the photo you thought you took, but it's actually different than the actual photo). Is that fixed? Thank you!

I had the OP9 Pro with me on vacation and took a lot of photos. It really impressed me about the Image Quality and the great consistency in shooting experience. It´s a great Phone which is getting better and better.

can you please help me out ? i recently ordered a 9 prop but right away i noticed that the haptics made the phone feel very hollow and cheap while it feels very good and solid on noth my oneplus 7 pro and oneplus nord. i sent it back to have it replaced with another one but also this second one had the same issue... i really dont know what to do now, i still really want a 9 pro ! do you think i should order one from another supplier ?

Well Im watching this on my OP 6t and still love it the only thing is my microphone start to giving problems but since I work in construction concrete job and lot of dust I think it is the best phone I have.
