Belen fought ferociously in the third set. She refuses to lose and the mvp chant made her more rabid in her attack, digs, blocks. Oh boy, she bite hard and deep putting uste fans back on their seat with a tape across their mouth. they don't know what hit them as they were literally went quite in the fourth set as NU pummeled them no end.

Sadly baka di sila nakasama ni Bella may final exam kasi sila siyaka busy sila talaga graduating students kasi sila tas base pa sa interview sinabi ni Bella na may follow up check up daw si Solomon kasi may injury pala right knee niya kaya pala iba yung landing niya lalo na nong G2. Baka July pa sila maka commit sa NT marami pa namang International tournament na kasali Philippines.

What i love about NU this season is their improvement on defense. Last year i see they are still trying to adjust because of nierva going pro but this season everyone in the team was able to contribute on defense. Lovely season for the lady bulldogs. Last year din naman. Sobrang exciting nga yung palitan ng swag nila Canino and Belen plus yung accla moves ni Mars Alba pero at the end, they hugged each other like old friends. Isa pa, never nagchant ng MVP ang NU fans for Belen to disrespect Angel unlike kahapon kaya napikon si Bella sa USTE crowd. ayun ginalingan nya tuloy nang malala sa Sets 3 and 4 😂

They had something to prove to each other and to themselves and at the end of the day we all knew na hanggang court lang yun. UST crowd had two goals here, support their team and to intimidate by overwhelming with ther chants and loud noise (disrespectful at some point) the NU Ladies. They failed to do both. UST overachieved this season and won crucial match ups with more luck. Poyos is not the same caliber as Belen or Canino to the dismay of the UST community, Tubu was even better if we compare explosiveness and Volleyball IQ during her rookie year. I compared Tubu and Poyos only because they both move like men on many occassions, mas si Poyos actually. Si UST sala sa init sala sa lamig, it's a bandwagon team na sobrang labo ng consistency as a team.

NU played a different level of volleyball in this game! But still, kuddos to UST. As a young team, malaki pa iimprove nito sa mga susunod na season. They need to strengthen their volleyball IQ kasi madali sila mafool sa mga combination plays, kumakagat agad blockers sa fakes ng kalaban. After all, they've had a a very good season this year. Truly, height is not the limit.

AGREE. 💛🙌🏻 Pero feeling ko may finals jitters pa sila. Lahat ba naman sila first time makatungtong sa finals, plus may nainjure pa. Pero ang kulang talaga sa ust ever since ung solid MBs at consistency sa blocking. Laki ng improvement ng Banagua pero no hate - sana no plaza na next season. Di talaga effective ung ganun as MB.

Sana nga talaga magkaroon sila ng reliable blockers kasi madalas madadale sila sa long ball eh. I think Plaza is okay IF magtrain harder siya and sana mas iutilize din siya kapag nasa court. Bihira kasi mabigyan ng bola kasi kulang siya sa pagiging aggressive at the net.
