Here is my piece ... In GTA SA, in some rural villages, people are seen sometimes taking shelter under a shop. As for the Pool Logic, in GTA 3 they didn't even have a water physics in the pools. So it will count as falling from the sky to a hard ground. And also, your subtitled observations are getting pretty nice

In GTA IV I think those sirens stopped making sounds simply because the police car engine died (hydrolocked) Also at this 5:16 point CJ couldn't survive this fall, IF his health stat wasn't upgraded. Since it's upgraded/increased , then no wonder why he survived

by the way in vice city and san andreas you can die from the helicopter rotors but the civilians have to be in it, i had someone get into my helicopter in vice city and when i jumped into them it insta killed me.

In my opinion, GTA IV has the more realistic driving physics.Vehicle shifts more accordingly. In V it seems exaggerated.
