Knowing that Franklin ran the distance of 166 meters (the distance of the Russian delta-class submarine) in 29,39s we can calculate his speed. Franklin runs with the speed of around 20 km/h which makes him really fast 😅

You can use a mod menu, since even in single player, the online vehicles are in the fame files. If I remember correctly, mod menus aren't available on ps5
