00:53 - Body and Foot Positioning.
Two of the most important factors when riding off road. Make sure to keep your hips over the tire, weight back, hands up, and ankles loose to absorb the bumps and debris the trail throws your way.
04:07 - Trail Awareness
Understanding how the environment underneath the board affects how you ride. When approaching obstacles in the trail, it's crucial to "De-weight the board".
05:08 - Board Setting & Gear
Lowering the PSI of the tire will help you absorb more bumps while off road riding. ALWAYS WEAR A HELMET.
06:10 - Knowing When to Bail
Bail Early, Bail Often. Practice jumping off the board with two feet (two-foot dismount) get comfortable running out/ditching the board so it becomes second nature.
