This a very good video no doubt... The ONGC staff all over the offshore and onshore are paid good have good facilities . But , there is a dark side ONGC contract workers are under paid .. have to work in long hours , very poor safety for contract workers, some of the ONGC contract workers don't have insurance .

It's very horible but it's truth. Ongc must interfere in contractors and worker.. Because contractor worker is also do work for ongc. Contractor are very rich . And worker is very poor.

Swiber PJW 3000 is installed its jacket and i am proud to say that i operated the winch to pull the jacket from the barge to water.. Assisted the team for smooth crane operation.. That was a great team... Miss them all now...

Before joining ONGC please confirm that you will get medical facility at the time of your last stage. I had rendered regular meritorious service of about 28 years and separated in 2005. But denied medical facility due to non compliance of DPE guidelines. One former Director Finance Mr. I.N. Chatterjee who resigned after rendering only 18 years of service was provided medical facility to obliged him in 2001. Because then CMD was also a bengali. He obliged former Director Finance. This was discriminatory according to Article 14 of the Constitution of India . I possess many documentary evidences.Shyam Jit , ONGC, Ex Sr. Finance and Accounts Officer,New Delhi. CPF no 23998.
