I'd go to a zoo that just has different species of rodents. Rats, mice, beavers, capybaras, nutria, squirrels, muskrats, voles, the variety is nearly endless and they all wouldn't take up a ton of space like zebras and lions.

I dunno what is more funny: the way you talk about the rats with a serious voice or the fact that you talk like a corporate CEO. Honestly i think you could get a job at a corporation just by shoing them this video. You basically sold the biggest smallest theme park ride scam disguised in paperwork as a zoo. That alone was a CEO master move. People were going in there just to take a ride on the monorail and eat junk food and always wondered what the glass exhibit is going to show eventually. It became a local legend to imagine what the exhibit would be. But i think that people who went there for about 40 years started to catch on a little that it was a scam... XD GG
