ONION HAS NEVER BEEN SO DELICIOUS. YOU WILL ALWAYS WANT TO MAKE THIS RECIPE.
NECESSARY MATERIALS.
9 onions.
300 grams of minced meat.
1 onion.
1 cup of rice.
half a glass of bulgur wheat.
10 sprigs of parsley.
3 cloves of garlic.
60 ml of oil.
1 teaspoon of tomato paste.
Salt, black pepper, red chili powder, mint.
FOR SAUCE.
1 tablespoon of tomato paste.
60 ml of olive oil.
2 glasses of hot water.
1 teaspoon salt.
50 grams of butter.
parsley to garnish.
The glass of water I use in the recipe is 200 ml.

Canada! I am originally from USA. I watched the video you made with stuffed cabbage leaves and my Italian mom makes a very similar stuffing and puts it inside of sweet bell peppers! Love these classic delicious recipes.

Yes, the translations can be very fun. There was a "mortar" of stuffing in one of the aubergine roll recipes that made me smile. I can only imagine what our comments look like in Turkish!

This recipe looks delicious. The only change I would make is to keep the water that the onions were boiled in and use that instead of plain water to make the sauce at the end. TFS Lyn from New Hampshire USA

I was just thinking the same, why not use the water from boiled onions? If you love onions that would seem appropriate, ( unless there is some health reason that someone knows about that it shouldn't be used)...I would definitely use that onion water when I make mine! 😀 Thanks for sharing your recipe!

During WW2 they often made this dish with grape nuts cereal to substitute the ground beef because it was in very short supply . But they stuffed the whole onion .Veggies were plentiful as they were too perishable to ship overseas . The grape nuts gave a meat like consistency . Im not a huge fan of onions but this does look yummy 😊

That sounds like a tasty recipe! Grape nut cereal is the oldest of the American breakfast’s cereal invented over a hundred years ago in Kellogg Michigan.

In Canada Grape nuts, muffets and Red river cereal are all out of production nowadays, not sure why....., we grow 1/3 of the wheat on the planet....

I have made this and it is delicious. I used smoked paprika in my stuffing and it was very tasty. I've also stuffed cabbage leaves and swiss chard leaves with this meat/rice/bulgar filling and they were so good.

Dudette, if your listening, I’ve been married for almost 30 years with 2 adult children. The sex will disappear when the kids come. Honestly it’s not even her fault, young children demand time and energy. What happens to the female body during a pregnancy and birth is frankly traumatizing. Furthermore every chick gets Old! By the time the kids grow up it’s guess what... menopause. My wife still takes care of me but it is not the same. Finally, and by far the most glaring red flag is her depression issues. If she has any sort of mental problems a newborn will throw that sh!t into overdrive. Postpartum depression is real . This chick will go mental on you and she will use that child to bludgeon you into submission. If you put a baby into her you are a fool and you will get what you deserve.

i love onions and i do love bulgur, but i never thought it would be possible to wrap bulgur with minced meat in onions. thats like amazing and it looks sooo delicious. thank you for the awesome recipe. ill be sure to try it out this week

Can you use red onions? Perhaps pork + beef mix? Red onions have a subtle and sweeter flavour. Looks amazing either way. It appears that you can tweek the recipe without taking too much away from the original. What country does this recipe belong to?

@@lk4871 I used usual onions not red, only beef. The original recipe i think is jewish bcs that video is from a jewish woman in Georgia. Also she recommended to cover onions with some tkemali (cherry plum sauce), add 8 -10 dried apricots and 8 - 10 plums. After 30 minutes it will be ready. If you like you may put it in the oven for 5 minutes at the end of cooking to get crisp.

Да по принципу голубцов или долмы,но соус надо делать чуть слаще чем на голубцы (лук пассеровать и морковь,помидоры или пасту и специи какие любите ) и на каждый слой того чего нафаршеровали в капусте,луке,перце, помидорах .

Вот класс , молодец я слышала а сама делала по другому а тут другой вариант, попробую и этот.Лук люблю бесподобно вкусно именно вареный а если нафаршировать то очень вкусно.
