So, in the first recipe, are you using 500 gr. of flour in total and dividing it into 2 applications? Because your video says to add 500 gr flour then says to add remaining flour? You have some very good recipes but your descriptions need to be a little clearer. This is why a properly written recipe in the description box and preferably printable would be nice!
