I have a friend who we met at Church 3 years ago he hooked up with a Philliphino and she claims she's in love with him but I think she's a fake about a year ago after my Husband died I looked at Philliphino Scam dating she was on there it apears she is younger and is a Scammer with 2 different names at Christmas time he went to see her but landed in Gwam somehow she got a exspenive necklise from him and now I was told he's engaged with this woman but they never toughed and seen each other in Real life I think she's using him for gifts and his bank account and trying to get into the United States for a Green Card I worry about another friend of mine I'm hoping my friends are not walking into a trap but I beleve they are these people better wake up and start blocking them I did that to several men they were just using me for my money, 5 tried to get me to go out with them and forget my Husband after he died i told them i wasnt ready for a relationship so blocked them all I was trying to be friends but they wanted to take atvantage and I won't let them I've blocked alot of people and will continue to do just that

Well, e wanted my full name and address. I'm not taking any chances with those culprits. With my email address it's ok because there's nothing really personal or detrimental in mine. I cut off communication and that's it. I will not tally with them. I will not allow myself to become a victim, especially as a Jamaican.

They are criminals not cowards. They manipulate women’s vulnerability and need for being cherished. Emotional trickery is the worst betrayal. Fortunately I didn’t have the money when my scammer asked. The things to look out for are unnaturally quick loving declarations. Then a gap. They go ‘abroad’ and that’s where the money crisis so called occurs. I had a friend who lives in Jo’burg where he was and I said I’d ring him for help. ‘Oh no’ said the scammer’ I don’t think anyone else should be involved’ . That’s when I sussed him. The police only deal with cases where money has changed hands. But all cases should be reported to Action Fraud in the UK.

This 32 year odl man on ssi and parole actually believes that a woman claiming to be inherting 5 million from her dead parents and currently in nigeiria is going to come live with him . its been 9 months and they haven't even met or even skyped. he claimed they were married but that was a lie obviously. right after they met she told him of her "inheritance" and told him not toell anyone about the $ for the time being. now she claims the person looking out for her $(says she's an orphen) is stealing it. he wires her $,says he's going to marry her and loves her. His family doesn't know about this woman and she claims to be from the us. he is totaly brainwashed! Now he claims this person in nigeria is offereing him job opportunities,illegal I am sure. He lashes out if you even broach the subject. I'm starting to wonder if maybe its real becasue he's poor and unemployed/disabled and she still talks to him eventhough can't give her house on the hill.

The men and women that have been scammed should get together and date each other

Can you imagine how many different entries there will be with stolen photos of real people and the huge amount of fake names that will be changed many times by many scammers? Something like this only works if the names and scammer faces are verified and matched and entered by a legitimate business. I can also imagine someone being spiteful with an Ex and posting their photo and name to give them hassles. It is too complicated to keep all the information updated and accurate (unfortunately). People rarely find out the name of the real scammer with their actual photo and then you'd better have a lot of proof as they can likely sue you for any false entries. As it is you can now do free image searches yourself online but the simplest thing to do is to never send any money, gift cards, personal information to others. No receiving or sending money seems to be the simplest solution to stopping these scams. Just say no.
