Kapag 250k and below naman ang annual income mo hindi ka naman babawasan basta magpasa ka lang ng sworn declaration, if 250 and above every payout un ibabawas, depende kung 8% or 10%. Ou need ng COR and OR na manggagaling sa BIR, required yun bago mag start every payout issue din ng OR :)

Naku its our off season kasi..have patience. 4 hours lang ako mag open minsan 2 hours lang ako nabu-book, minsan 1 hour lang.lol puro mga regulars pa. Basta mag open ka at least a day before tapos be consistent with your schedule. Open your slots this weekend narin. Pag peak season naman wala na pahinga. Goodluck :)

Meron silang lesson material na bibigay tapos may guidelines na yun kung pano magiging flow ng lesson, meron na dn yun na babasahin na questions ng trainer for the student. Sa interview naman prang msyado yta matagal yun 40 mins 😅 siguro depende sa mag interview pero kadalsan saglit lang naman. Mababait sila dont worry very friendly atmosphere kya feeling at ease ka din during the interview. 😗

Off season kasi ang Bizmates ngaun, August, ang peak season ay January and Feb, so you might experience some empty slots lalo na pag weekdays. My advice is to be consistent with your schedule, pag alam nila na always available ka sa oras na yun madali ka nila ibook ulit. Make your conversation meaningful and fun, add value to the lesson and they will sure book you again. :)

Well there’s Palfish, ang starting nila I heard is 180/hour, pero they require some certifications to be qualified. You can also try Rare job. My advice is for you to join ESL Teachers Philippines on facebook kasi dun talaga madaming job postings. :)

@@mommybibavlogs1365 I heard about Palfish. You will conduct your lessons using a smartphone. And yes, I think there are certifications required. I did apply at Rarejob first but just couldn't book an interview. It's quite hard to find a slot.

No. They need highly qualified applicants only, preferably professionals.

I advise you explain yourself that you were online and is waiting for the interview for almost an hour, make sure you send your screenshots that you didn’t receive any skype invitation. I’m sure they will do something about it. Good luck. 🍀

I try building rapport by asking the student about his day, I smile a little and be friendly. Then I try my best to add value to the lesson, para naman kahit pano may natutunan sya sakin, but of course dont overdo, ayaw din nila ng very strict sa corrections, focus on having a meaningful conversation rather than the lesson itself... subjective naman ang evaluations kaya just ignore if you get low eval sometimes, its normal, we can’t really please everyone . :)

Theres no actual training po, they will give you some tips/advise then proceed na po to the demo lesson. The hiring process can take less than a week.

Ay talaga mam, na excite tuloy ako mag apply lalo na yung time na yan talaga available ako. In preparation, nood ako mga interviews dito sa youtube. Totoo sobrang stressful sa hospital especially these days plus may 7 year old daughter pa ko. Worried lang ako dun sa BIR thing, meron ba sa bizmates na pwede ihire kz grabeh ung every payout need gawin...

Need mo ma-achieve yung KPI (Key Performance Indicator) na nirerequire nila. Meron naman na mga trainers they do it full time for a month and nagiging assessor kagad. It really depends on your performance po.

Sa initial interview magtatanong lang naman sila ng basic interview questions like, tell me about yourself, how will you handle an irate student..things like that. Then proceed na sa demo lesson, dont worry mababait ang mga mag coconduct ng interview kaya d ka masyado mai-intimidate. :)

Geneva Atienza ganyan po talaga sa japan walang incentives and bonus. Kung ilang oras ang pinagtrabahu an mo yun din exact payment ma re receive mo. Hehe don kase nag wo work husband ko. Hindi uso sa kanila bonuses 😂

Yung iba ko po kasing frienda na under ng agency ganun din, kahit na hindi sila naka trainee visa. We are living here po sa Japan and meron pong 2X a year bonus ang asawa ko... They also have incentives, actually napakaraming incentives po and free trainings... 😀
