You can log in with the credentials: "admin" (username), "password" (password).

The system is not loading. I'm able to access the login screen from localhost, but when I click on submit, nothing is happening... localhost:9080sms throws error, unable to connect.... I think you omitted an important step here. Thank you very much for the system

Yes. You have to change your port in applications -> config -> config.php. Search $config['base_url'] = 'localhost:9080/sms/index.php/'; and put your port number after localhost.

same problem here as Kashif Ali, when i deleted the default port it just redirects me to the the login page everytime i try to log in i even changed the setting to development mode but it doesnt even throw an error description, any assistance is appreciated

Guys i solved the problem that application do nothing on Login even if you give correct username and password. all you have to do is go to this location C:\xampp\htdocs\sms\application\core/MY_Controller.php and edit that on Line 23 you will see this if($this->session->userdata('logged_in') !== true) change it to this if($this->session->userdata('logged_in') === false) and You will be good to go Stay Bless Guys

My Problem was of the modals , like it cannot find the specified Model. So I Renamed all the files Find the modals folder in the application folder and rename all the files for eg: model_accounting.php to Model_accounting.php. It worked for me .... Hope for you also :-)
