Just looking through your backlog! Great review here - these plans certainly have some major shortcomings. Marathon plans should have a gradual distance build with dropdown weeks to rest you along the way! I think all potential marathoners HAVE TO go at least 20 miles for long runs to become accustomed to the truly long distance that a marathon encompasses.

Do you think any of the four plans mentioned in your last 2 videos could be done based on time instead of mileage

Most plans I’ve noticed are assuming between a 9 and 10 minute mile for beginners. So, it would be easy to say a 30 minute run instead of a 3 mile run, a one hour run instead of a 6 mile run, and so on.
