The first time I heard this song I started having an anxiety attack at the very end because of just how well they mimicked the feel of suffocation through sound. Took me a bit to come back to it, but now I love it.

I feel pretty much the same way cuz I can totally relate that's why this is one of my faves it took a couple listens but once read the lyrics it hit me so hard I think I sat in my living room floor crying and playing over and over trying to catch every word and the sound of his voice and how the emotions just flowed from his soul and into my heart and was completely overwhelmed at some point I'm sure I was in the fetal position crying like a baby.

Hope you're well, love. ♡ I feel the vocals in this song especially cut deep. Subtle sledgehammer this, Vessel, is. Akin to feeling that deep peace when watching raging, rhythmic waves crashing upon the rocks.

I love this EP! I was literally just listening to it before I put your reaction on. I love the contrast between the song and video. The song is beautiful but the video is grimy. I think this is the most we’ve seen of Vessel too. 🖤

And i like how you see all 4 is them at the end but yet people are saying that they are only 2 actual members in sleep token i don't think it would show all 4 of them if they weren't all 4 actually members.

Have you checked the listed musicians on the latest album, TMBTE? It lists only Vessel and II. Vessel is credited with all vocals, guitars, bass, piano, and keyboards, along with production. II is credited with drums and percussion. There are no credits for either III or IV. In fact they aren't mentioned at all. Sleep Token have had other members in the past. The current IV only started playing guitar live with Sleep Token in 2020, I believe.

@@brianalmeida1964 I know all of that but that doesn't mean they aren't members of the band just cuz you don't write the music doesn't mean you're not a member of a band. If you perform, tour and are obviously part of what makes the band really awesome then I'd say they are a part of the band especially if you been playing with them for years live and on videos.

@tracyraines1059 Tracy, iii & iv are only for touring. They are not involved with production. Although iii has been with them for more than iv has. I do hope Vessel & ii continue to keep them as they start into the making of another EP & eventually another album, I pray. iv seems to be getting quite comfortable and is a great asset for future if he stays. 🫶Worship

If I'm being honest with myself, Calcutta just doesn't do it for me. I can appreciate the raw vocal talent and creativity though. In my opinion, it took too long to get to the first transition. Still a fine song, just not to my tastes. Their drops are always dope though. Continue your journey and I hope you are doing okay personally. When I saw you the first thing I thought was, "This guy looks tired."
