Hello, today I am sharing with you a very easy celery recipe with 3 ingredients, and above all good for your health.
You will just need celery, carrots, and a leek as ingredients for a healthy and delicious meal, really economical.
Here's what to do with celery.
1. Cut the carrots, celery, and leek to the size of your choice.
2. In the pan pour olive oil, brown the carrots, then add the celery, then the leek. Brown the vegetable mixture for 5 minutes over low heat.
3. Then add the spices: garlic cut into small pieces, a teaspoon of flaked peppers, and a pinch of turmeric, salt and pepper, mix them all and add a glass of water, simmer for about 10 min. low heat until water evaporates. (The celery must be tender).
4. 10 minutes later in another pan lightly brown the cherry tomatoes with the olive oil, then add a pinch of dry basil.
5. Then served according to your choice with Cod or Salmon. Serve hot.
That’s that easy.
