Hello foodies and goodies. Just 3 ingredients and we will show you how to make chocolate syrup at home.
Ingredients:
✔️ 150g sugar
✔️ 40g cocoa
✔️ 120ml water
✔️ 15g corn starch
✔️ 1g vanillin
Cooking time:
✔️ 10 minutes
Combine sugar, cocoa powder and corn starch.
Fill with water and mix well.
Put on medium heat, stirring constantly, bring to a boil.
As soon as the syrup boils, reduce the heat below average and cook for 5 minutes. Mix constantly so that the syrup does not burn.
When the syrup begins to thicken, add the vanilla, mix well and remove from the heat.
Chocolate syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
