I am reviewing the Vostok Commander (Komandirskie) 350749 automatic all steel watch in this video. I am also going to show you all the ordering process from Komandirskie.com by placing a live order with payment from the website on screen for you to learn the step by step process.
Here is the watch spec as mentioned in the official website -
Watch mechanism: "Vostok" 2415.02 (Russia)
Functions: Hours, minutes, seconds, automatic winding
Housing: Stainless steel
Waterproof: 100 meters (surface swimming)
Glass: Organic (plastic, spherical)
Strap (Bracelet): Nylon (Zulu, 5 rings)
Detailed description (from Komandirskie.com website):
Men's mechanical wristwatch "Komandirskie": Vostok mechanism 2415.02 (Russia). Shockproof balance unit, power reserve of at least 31 hours. The number of ruby stones is 31 (They act as supports for the wheel system - to reduce friction). The average daily cycle is -20 +60 sec/day. Side seconds hand. Calendar is missing. Automatic winding - ensures that there is no need to wind the watch when worn constantly. Manual winding is possible.
The case is made of high-quality stainless steel (constant appearance - no coating, not aggressive to the skin), this case is not polished, brushed (does not shine), the lid is made of stainless steel (screw-type, neutral to the skin), the crown is screwed down (steel). The diameter of the visible part of the dial is 30 mm, the overall size of the case with the crown is 48 mm by 41 mm, thickness is 15 mm. Time disc (bezel) stainless steel.
Water resistance 10 ATM (100 meters) - surface swimming.
Nylon Zulu belt (ZULU) with 5 steel rings for secure fixation on the hand, width 22 mm, coverage 22 cm. Organic spherical glass with a thickness of about 3 mm (providing the necessary water protection). The hour and minute hands are covered with Luminophore (glow in the dark). The markers of each watch are dotted with Luminophore (glow in the dark). The dial is golden in color with large numbers.

Thanks for the feedback and kind words. Russian movements are not as reliable as the Japanese movements, accuracy will be in +-60 sec a day where Japanese movements will do better in terms of accuracy. But as these movements are all metal movements, with occassional service, ahould last long.

Credit cards are usually Visa or MasterCard, I know these days Rupay cards are also getting issued. There are many facebook groups for buying and selling used watches, you can join one of them and can post your offer there.

Thank you. Watches me max 40% customs duty lag sakta hai. Jo bhi customs duty lagega, wo customs slip me mention rehega aur delivery karte time postman aap se cash me collect karega. Customs fee nehi pay karne se aapko delivery nehi milega. Predict karna mushkil hai ki kis watch me lagega aur kis me nehi. Mera Vostok Amphibia jo ki 8k ki watch thi, usme nehi laga, par 3500 ka leather strap me 1200 ka customs lag gaya tha.

Its impossible to predict about customs, if you are very lucky then you will get through without any charge. Otherwise any packet from China are going to be charged. Do update us on what happened.

Its not specific to any city, for watches it can be upto 40%, but not necessarily all your order will get charged. Like this watch was not charged anything.
