Cooking recipe and ingredients:
200 ml of warm water.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
8 g of dry yeast.
Mix everything well.
Cover and leave for 5-7 minutes.

100 ml of vegetable oil.
150 g sour cream.
Mix well.
Sift 400 g of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix with a spatula.
Add another 200 g of wheat flour.
Mix the dough with your hands.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Knead the dough until it becomes medium soft.
Shape the dough into a ball.
Put in a cup greased with vegetable oil.
Cover with film.
Place the dough in a warm place to rise for 50 minutes.

Put on the dough and form a ball.
Divide into 2 parts.
Shape the dough into a ball.
Flour.
Leave the dough covered on the work surface.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Roll the dough as shown in the video.
Grease the surface with soft butter (60 g).

Cut into 6 pieces.

Repeat the process with each piece of dough.
Cover with a towel and leave for 20 minutes.

Place on a baking tray covered with parchment paper.
Do the same with the remaining test.

Egg yolk + 2 teaspoons of milk.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (365°F) for 20-25 minutes.
